THE OUTFIT ANGEL
Where your style earns its wings

Ever wished your professional presence reflected your skills?
Hi, I’m Victoria and I believe that you don't have to wear a suit to own a room.
Before I became a coach, I worked in corporate for twenty years. I held roles across a huge variety of industries, from finance to the toy industry, but what really stuck with me was my eight years in aviation.
Aviation is traditionally a very male-dominated industry, and I noticed that the women who did make it to the top all had one thing in common: when they walked into a room or onto a conference stage, they owned it. Their clothes, their way of speaking, how they stood, it all communicated authority the second they entered the space.
I was a mid-level analyst, but the way those women in leadership presented themselves made me take a long look at myself. From watching and talking to them, I learned how to dress, how to carry myself, and how to make people sit up and pay attention to me, even though I was not at their level of leadership.
When I left aviation and moved into other industries, the women I encountered fell into two camps. Those who just wore whatever and didn't really think about how they presented themselves, and those who really made an effort, no matter what level they were at. Those who made the effort, even if they were entry-level admin staff, got taken far more seriously than those who didn't.
After leaving the corporate world to follow my lifelong dream of starting my own business, I decided to take my knowledge of fashion and style and combine it with my twenty years experience in corporate. The result is The Outfit Angel, my business dedicated to helping women own any professional space they step into.
Women still face scrutiny around their presence and appearance, especially in business settings. I believe that women should be able to show up how they want to in any professional space and make an impact the moment they walk in.
If you want to take your professional presence to the next level, let's talk.
