How do your services work?
Go to the 'Services' page and fill out the contact form there to get in touch.
I'll contact you to book a slot and send you a Contact Details form. Please fill this out as UK law stipulates that I must include a customer's name and address on an invoice. Your data won't be sold to anyone and will be securely held on an encrypted database to which only I have access.
You'll be sent an invoice for the deposit once we've confirmed your booking slot, which is 10% of the cost of the session. Paying the deposit secures your booking.
Once I've received the deposit, if you're having a Signature Style or Virtual Shopping session, I'll send you a questionnaire to fill out. Please return this to me at least two days before your consultation.
You'll also be sent an invoice for the balance of your session. Please pay this no later than 48 hours before the date of your session.
Then I'll send you an invitation to a Microsoft Teams meeting - this is your session. When it's time for your session, just click the link and it will let you in to the meeting. You don't have to have a Microsoft account or download Teams for this to work. If you have any issues with connecting on the day, you can get hold of me on the telephone number I will provide along with the Teams link.
After your session, you'll get a bespoke PDF called a 'Stylofax', which will summarise everything we talked about in the session and include outfit inspiration for you.
If you've had a Wardrobe Declutter Primer, you'll get a printable copy of my Wardrobe Essentials workbook sent to you as well. This is available as a stand-alone item in my Etsy shop, although having a Primer session will help you use the workbook more effectively.
How is a bespoke session different from a regular session?
These are for people who can't find what they need in my regular services. For instance, if you have recently been promoted and want to sharpen your corporate image, I can tailor a combined Signature Style and Virtual Shopping session to guide you towards what to wear and where to find it.
Wedding styling can also be accommodated. If you're a bride looking for that perfect dress and don't know what shape would suit you or you're the mother of one of the happy couple, I can tailor a session to you. Get in touch via the form on the 'Services' page and we'll work together to ensure you look great on the big day.
Why can't I pay you online?
There are some issues with linking online payments to the website at the moment, so all payments currently have to be made via BACS transfer to the account details on the invoice.
Rest assured that the tech team is working on resolving this issue, and online payments will be available soon!
Do you ever hold in-person sessions?
Not at the moment! But that may be coming soon, so watch this space.
Do you do colour analysis?
Colours are part of my consultation process, but I do not offer stand-alone colour analysis in the same way that others do. By that, I mean that I don't tell you what seasonal palette your colours fit in to. I'm not a trained colour analyst, although there are plenty of excellent ones out there if you would like your colours done separately.
What I will do is guide you towards what colours will suit you based on your colouring and also your personality. If you're a bright sunny person, then bright colours would suit your vibe really well!
I encourage you to try colours that you might not think would suit you. If they don't work as a garment, they might work as an accessory. Using myself as an example, I look terrible in bright red if I wear it as a piece of clothing. But I've got a bright red belt and a matching pair of shoes that look incredible - they add a pop to my usual all-black everything!
I also very much believe in the power of black. It's the most versatile colour in my view, and if you want head to toe black, then get in touch. I can help you.
