Cancellation Policy
Any requests to cancel or reschedule must be made via email no later than 48 hours prior to the booking time. A cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of the session will be charged for any cancellations made later than this. No-shows on the day are subject to the same 10% fee. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions. You will be sent a copy of this when your session is booked.
