The Outfit Angel
The corporate image expert every professional woman needs
Hi, I'm Victoria
Otherwise known as The Outfit Angel, or sometimes 'Help!'
I spent twenty years in corporate learning everything there is to know about how important the way you present yourself in business situations is. Then I quit corporate, got a fashion certification, and decided to teach amazing women like yourself how to own absolutely any professional space they step into.
I'm also an expert in workplace dress codes, mostly because I was the employee who'd ask 'why?' when she ran up against a rule that didn't make sense. I use my former (slightly) rebellious powers for good now and help companies of all sizes create dress codes that are modern, inclusive, and easy to understand by everyone from the CEO to the intern.

(I'm not a decorative desk ornament, headshots are coming!)
PROFESSIONAL PRESENCE
You have one-tenth of a second to make a first impression.
It needs to be a good one.
In the world of business, first impressions matter and competence is judged in the blink of an eye.
You can be the most capable woman in the room, but if your presence isn't immediately authoritative, you risk not being taken seriously.
Whether you're a female founder, an entrepreneur or a woman in leadership, how you show up is as important as your knowledge.
If you want to be the one they all remember, let's take your professional presence to the next level.
DRESS CODE CONSULTING
When did you last review your company dress code?
If the answer is 'before the pandemic' or 'we can't remember', it's time for a review.
Dress codes are often the most neglected and outdated policy in any employee handbook. What made sense a decade ago often no longer works for today's modern, diverse workplace.
Terms like 'business casual' and 'professional' are wide open to interpretation. Employers often expect employees to walk into their company with a complete knowledge of what that means.
And sure, they might know the general meaning, but not what those terms mean for your specific company.
If it's time for a dress code refresh, I'll help you modernise it.

"In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different."
